Noticed that my bank account had been overdrawn and when I went to see why, I found an unauthorized charge for $34.95 with the label "EPAY" and a phone number. When I called the number, 8669787646, a gentleman already had all of my personal information to my horror, and explained that back in early December when I applied for a loan, that I entered into a program which charges a one-time fee of 34.95. I told him that that is absolutely ridiculous, I never EVER authorized any company to charge my account and demanded a refund immediately. He refused and proceeded to want to tell me more about the "program". I told him, does that make sense? A person applying for a loan NEEDS money, not the other way around. And how does me applying for a loan in early December give this fraudulent and illegal company the right to charge my account illegally a month later? It is fraud, plain and simple I said. This man proceeded to become angry with me as if I was the one who overdrafted his account or something and told me that I was the one who applied for his program. What a load of (Inappropriate Content Removed). I am now going to report this company to the FTC, the Better Business Bureau, and take legal action if necessary. This company will be out of business in no-time. If an organization (website or not) has over 50 complaints of the same amount on SCAMBOOK, it is obviously a SCAM and should be subject to prosecution. I certainly intend to pursue this matter to the fullest extent of the law if I am not reimbursed immediately. Unbelievable.
