I noticed an odd withdraw from my bank of $29.95, along with an overdraft charge of $34.97, and called the number. Customer service agent "Jeff" answered and I explained the situation. He informed me that there had been several complaints about the website sending in the loan applications, even though the apply button had not been pressed. He assured me that a refund would be returned to my bank in the next 5 to 7 business days.He also gave me a confirmation number. It's been nearly a month now, and no action has been taken.
