I was told that I won a free trial anana stem cell active cream for $3.95,which I ordered and also accidentally I ordered there eye cream. I called them to cancel the cream which they said it had been delivered. And that is when I had found out about the free trial by asking them how the process goes. After all I told them to cancel my account with them which they were refusing and offering me discounts I said okay, a week later I called to cancel the account again, but everybody there speak very very bad English, that I could hardly understand them, so I thought it was canceled until I saw a transaction on my account of $72.95. I called them right away they were arguing with me making it my fault so then they said "call us back when you receive the item." Then we can give you return number. I got the item called them back and told them that I don't have experience with returning things this way, I have asked if they can just give me some kind discount and I will just keep the product. The lady said okay we'll give you 40% off and don't return the item, nothing was refunded to my account I called back again and spoke with some different person she said we'll give you 40% off and give it 48hrs to show up on your account and don't return the product. I waited still nothing changed. I finally called them again and another lady was tripping so bad at me saying no there is nothing they can do to refund me or give me discount since my account is canceled, I told her its not my fault that you have staff that are not trained properly and they don't speak clear English. I asked to speak with a manager, which I am still waiting for his call. I am very disappointed with there customer service. And on top of everything else I would not maybe make such a big deal if the product was amazing, I've used it for about 40 days and I cant say that its amazing, especially for such a lot of money.
