My visa as charged 284.79 on 12/17/12 for the BOGO Offer for the Nuwave Induction cooktop at the rate of $284.79 and was told that it would be here before Christmas 2012. To date 1/5/13 I have still not received the product and 284.79 has been charged to my visa account. Where is it???? No email confirmation has been sent. Hello.....where is my product?

- I would like my product shipped ASAP with an appology and possibly a reduction in cost for the inconvenience. I own the nuwave oven and have been very satified with all aspects...this current order has totally upset me.

- Hello Lori, I also placed my order on 12/15/2012 and my card was charged the 163.18 on 12/18/12. It is 1/7/13 and I have yet to receive my items. I have called numerous times and finally today, they stated that my items were shipped on 1/3/13 and should receive them this week. They kept telling me that there was a glitch between the dates of 12-15 and 12-17 and that they had to input the information manually and were backed up secondary to so many orders. They did give me $15.00 credit for all of my troubles!! woohoo, but I guess something is better than nothing. I have been very disappointed with the company so far. I am anxious to see if my complete order arrives!! I wish you the best of luck and keep hounding them like I did and demand to speak with a supervisor!!! They also informed me that they would send a confirmation email, which I have YET to receive!!!
