Tal James Luther placed fake vactaion rentals on to Craigs List at the El Presidente condominium complex, stated that he owned them and we needed to work with him through pay pal and email in order to get the transaction complete and take possession of the place on March 30-April 6th of 2013. After my husband submitted his credit card info onto paypal we called El Presidente condos the next day to see if they had a private owner by the name of Tal James Luther and they assured us they didn't. My husband forwarded 850.00 through paypal which was sent to him.
