This company drafted $30.00 out of my checking account. The company used their pre-printed check and filled in my personal information and sent this to my bank. I obtained Your Loan Funding's contact information from the check they submitted to my bank. When I contacted them I asked what do they do. A representative states they assist people with payday loans. I then asked if they were the lender and the representative states, "No!" She then states, "We link people to lenders who may approve them for a payday loan." I then told her anyone can Google such information. I requested a refund. The representative told me that I will receive a refund once I apply and get approved for a loan. I told the representative I do not want to apply for a loan but I am requesting a refund. The representative states a second time, "You can get a refund once you apply and are approved for a loan." I requested to speak with a supervisor. The representative told me there wasn't a supervisor available and I needed to call back if I wanted to speak with a supervisor. I initiated the call, I asked the representative, "Why do I need to call back to speak with a supervisor?" The representative states a second time, "There isn't a supervisor available." The representative then states she is going to disconnect the call because she needed to assist other customers." The representative disconnected the call.

I contacted my bank to inform this should not have been drafted out of my account. I told my bank that I attempted to resolve the issue with the company but I was told I was not going to be issued a refund. I explained this company is not a lender and I told Your Fund Lending I do not want to apply for a loan. I also explained I requested to speak with a supervisor but was told there isn't one available. I also explained to my bank that I was advised to call back to speak with a supervisor. My bank advised me to call Your Loan Funding, again, and request to speak with a supervisor.

I called Your Loan Funding, a second time. I had spoken with a different representative and requested a refund. This representative told me I needed to apply for a loan. She also stated 30 days after applying, I will receive a refund. I explained I had previously spoken with a representative and explained I do not want to apply for a loan. This representative told me this is the only way I will receive a refund. I told her this company is trying to force me to apply for a loan that I do not wish to apply for. The representative told me she needed to assist other customer so she will disconnect the call. I requested to speak with a supervisor. The representative disconnected the call.
