i ordered and paid for the trial of slimtone plus and the body cleanse. 2 weeks later,i cancelled the rest of the order,and was assured that it had been cancelled. on the 11th of december 2012 i was charged through my bank acc. £122.50. called to speak to them and got an automated message to say that the order had bee cancelled nevertheless i have not received a refund. julia murray
