the company that I thought I was dealing with was e-cigsbrand.com.so paid $4.95 for a free kit then when it appeared on my checking account it was safe smoke and now today they have $99,00. there was a phone no after their name I tried to call it to cancel what ever charges they were going to make no answer. so beware free things on the net.

- I was involved in the same set up with an offer for a free e-cig, just pay shipping and handling ($4.95). I called the that was provided in updates on this web site. I waited just a bit but I did get through to a human. Got an RMA number to send this unit back to them and they would cancel the $99.67 charge. Of course I have to send the unit back at my cost for shipping. Basically this is a scam as they don't let you know that it is a "free trial" so to speak. They make it sound like it's "free" but it really isn't. It appears the company is legit but they just don't give you the full story, that story being we will ship you an e-cig kit and you try it and if you don't send it back the company will charge you the full amount. Most smoke shops have e-cigs at a way lower price and they work just as well, I'd suggest going to a local store and look for yourself. Buyer beware!!!

- (888) 491-4919 This is the number I called. They tried to get me to keep the product and send me some teeth whitening product and more info and reduce the price to $48. I insisted on the refund. I just don't want to deal with a company like this one.
