Went online looking for a loan and because of a prior incident decided to look at my checking account and saw a check for $89. Dis a view and found that this company took the money from my account. Did talk with someone and they told me to print out their refund form fill it out then mail or fax to them along with a copy of my bank statement showing where they took out the $89. Refused to put money back today so I'm going to try the fax/mail route but my feeling is that I'm never going to see my $89 back.

- Update: It has been now 1 week since I faxed them their "refund claim form" along with a copy of the e-check showing the money removed from my account. They wanted my whole bank statement showing where they took the funds but why should they see all of my business and what comes in or goes out of my account which is the reason for only sending a copy of the e-check - it has the routing number and account number which is sufficent info to issue a refund. They'll proably not give back my $89 since I didn't send them the bank statement - clever on their part - so I wnet to their site and contacted by email once again stating contact with Attorney General's offices both in CA and KS and if money not returned will formally fill out complaint forms for both CA and KS to proceede with an investigation.
