The offer starts with a free 14 day trial with a cost of 4.95 x 2 (Mizulean and Puracleanse) to cover postage and handling. The package arrives with a letter of instructions and stipulates that that if not cancelled within 14 days an auto ship will be initiated at 150.00/month. The three phone numbers given are:

I tried calling the captioned numbers to no avail. In addition there are no acknowledgements to any emails. Return of products require an RMA, however, if they do not answer the phone you cannot obtain the RMA.
There appears no way to communicate with the vendor. Neither phone or email.

On Jan 8th, 2013 I was successfull in reaching a representative on the phone (about 1 hour wait) and after a listening to a twenty-minute sales pitch I was given an RMA number. I followed the instructions given and returned the products via Canada Xpresspost with a tracking number.
I do hope this matter has been resolved.
