A week prior to Christmas I was shopping for a coach purse for my sister, and I went onto the Coach Outlet website and started browsing, once I found the purse I wanted I proceeded to try and other it, but something happend that the order seem to not go through. On December 14, 2012 I received a charge on my credit card for the amount of $77.51, from GownRoom Online Clothing, Beijing, China a company that I never visited and didn't know about, but on January 7, 2013 my sister received a Coach KNOCKOFF purse worth maybe $20, and it wasnt even anything close to the purse I was even looking at the day I was on the Coach Outlet Website.
These people are scammers and are out there to commit Online Theft..

- I would like an Apology and maybe a resolution to this embarrasing matter, the fact that they are scamming behind other business websites is Awful, and should be reported to the Better Business Bureau.

- I too purchased some clothing from a company called on-linetrade.com and the billing showed up as gownroomonline.they also charged my account more than they said(I did not authorize ) I never recieved confirmation or tracking number as they stated they would.sent endless emails with no reply
