I checked my account one day and found a 200.00 dollar deposit, from Hydra Fund-so I thought my husband had applied for a loan from them as the loan was in his name. Now on January 7, 2013 I am getting a phone call from a company in Kentucky that is threatening fraud on my husband because we had closed our account prior to them taking payments out due to another fraud issue. So now they told me that if I didn't pay back 245.00 on Friday that they would have my husband arrested on fraud. After reading other posts, I'm not so sure now if I want this payment to go through. Also, we also filing chapter 7 bankruptcy and I advised the company this-they told me that they can't include this payday loan to our bankruptcy file, but my lawyer told us to provide her credentials to each creditor and that she would add the debt to our list. I'm not sure what to do.
