I invested in a fractional land purchase and am finding that it is a total scam. I first set up a meeting with a representitive named John Ramirez while i was vacationing in Riviera Maya. I also spoke to someone named Betty and also Maggie Fontana. After consulting with John 15 or so times i decided i could trust the investment opportunity. The Boca Terrace Residence Club, Boca Del Mar, And (Irrelevant Information Removed) are all Involved in this scam.
