I got a phone call today from someone I couldn't understand,and then they proceed to tell me I have a lawsuit against me.I told them I knew nothing about this and they gave me to someone who said her name was Jennifer Smith. I couldn't understand her either.She said American Cash had three allegations against me. I said who do you work for and where are you. She said John davenport in Dallas ,Texas. She said I needed to pay $862.38 by tonight or go to jail.I told her I might be able to pay it tomorrow.She said she had to ask her boss because they just wanted to send me to jail.She told me to go to Wal-Mart and get something called a green dot money pak. They could not do an electronic transfer.Needless to say I didn't send any money. They just called again posing as a police officer where I live.I called Wal-Mart and they said that this goes straight to a computer somewhere. These people need to be caught.The number they called from was 972-843-1586.I tried to do a search on the number but noyhong came up.I appreciate all your help.
