I logged into bidrack and found the site interesting and want to try to bid for one item, they told me to sign up, and they will charge me 0.01 dollars per bid. I think I am going to do maximum 5 bids and if I got it it will be fine, if I don't, it will just be a learning experience. Then I registered and put in my credit card information,thinking I am only got charged for each time I bid. Later I checked my bank information, I have got charged 99 dollars without notice. I contact the customers service, their answer is that they have no refund policy. They said they will give me extra 80 dollars of bids for my loss.The problem is I never need to buy that many bids and I never tried to. They charged me automatically when I sign up as a member. It has been a week since I contact them, they have never give me the extra bids they promised, and the charge on the bank says it is for clothes!
