I paid £4.99 on 11/12/2012 for a trial pack of their serum - they took £89.91 out of my account on 1st January 2013 without my permission. The product is rubbish and their advertising is a scam. The advertising went hand in hand with Veloura cream which is also a total rip off and who have taken £74.95 from my account
