- After placing a phone call the day the money was drafted and letting them know I had filed a complaint with you and corresponding by email with them, my money WAS refunded overnight!! Thanks for whatever part you may have took in helping me. One happy customer!! Now to wait for my new card since I cancelled the one that was used!
