scamed me i just called hp to get my printer fixed and before i knew it,they told me it was my computer causing the problems with my printer,and they started taking stuff off my computer and said look at all these viruses that you have on your computer and said that was my problem with my computer,and the guy said it was a good thing i called when i did because it would crash and then i couldnt use my computer and that someone was already trying to get into my computer,i was on the phone with him for 3 hours and then he said i owed $200.oo and i was shocked!!they didnt say anything about being charged for this.now i have to buy another computer,
