I had the same fraudulent charge, contacted my bank and filled out a notarized statement of unauthorized debit. My bank refunded the $34.95 and are pursuing this on my behalf. I also had another company in November, ACH withdrawal $30.00 and I did the following, resulting in getting back my money and nsf fee as well.
1 - contact your bank
2 - submit fraud report to BBB
3 - submit fraud report to your state's Attorney General
4 - contact company and demand refund and any materials proving this so called loan request. This could be identity theft as well.
