same as others, I don't recall how I ended up in their website, I believe I was searching for US immigration service.....I thought the charge of $119 was for the filing fee but at the end the site tells you that it was unable to e-file and you need to mail it in yourself. after I printed it out and went through the paper and found out that I have to pay 445 dollars to file, I have to admit at the time I thought it was kind of strange but because I thought it was an offical site and I was so busy during that period so I didn't call or search to find out more about it. the stupidest thing was before printing the froms from this site I had my husband to get the forms for me in his office because I don't have a printer at home, and he went to immigrationdirect.com and paid another 99 USD to do the same thing, luckily he didn't print it before I cancelled that one and got the money back. I can't believe that I still didn't realize these two companies were both scam at the time! anyway somehow today I finally had the time and desire to search for the answer and I found out the truth. I just called us-immigration.com just to see if I could get part of the money back, I argued that it didn't succesfuly e-file my application so I want money back, they said they would refund 50%. Lets see if that will happen when I check my card in a week.

So you guys might wanna try to call them and get some of the money back, better than nothing you know.

This should not be happening in America! How could google put these two companies on top of uscis.gov on their serch engine? ......I am so disgusted about it. DON'T pay for anything before you read their website through and always look for .gov next time you need forms!
