I ordered a pair of Birkenstocks through the birkenstockstoreus website. The website masquerades as a US site but my card was charged to Cmaen Online Store - Beijing. I received the wrong sandals which where counterfeit. I want to return the sandals and get a refund but was told..."they look nice, you can use them. You can get 40% off your next purchase." I don't want counterfeit thank you! I want the sandals I ordered.
