I purchased the model WHM-55c-fpi. Serial NO.230004, receipt dated JAN.3,2011. After purchase, this stove functioned for approximately two weeks. I have spent over $700 of my own money in an attempt to get this stove to work properly. This included many so-called professionals. Needless to say this stove is still not functioning at all. I feel that I have been totally ripped off by this company and their dealer Mainly Stoves, Saco, ME.(who incidently is out of business). I feel like I have been left with no recourse. I feel like a sock left out to dry.
What would you recommend I do in this situation?

- I would like a refund of original cost plus monies spent in an attempt to refurbish this stove to original factory specification.

- We will be working with the AG's office as a result of problems in the northeast. We have tracked problem back to (mostly) the distributor and of course the manufacturer is ultimately responsible for continuing with the distributor. I notice that you are from Canada- no such agency there?
