Persons states that he is an Oceanographer and he is presently offshore in New Zealand Taranaki Basin on kapo project. He seems very polite and eager to purchase vehicle for his dad that lives in Illinois. He states that he can pay thru paypal. He accepts all terms. Then he says that since he is out at sea he cannot pay transportation charges and that if we can do the favor of going to western union and pay fee of $750.00. The only problem is that he never provided complete info. I immediately searched name online and found this website. Be very carefull even with transactions thru paypal. Another thing when you call back to number he texts from, only a voicemail comes out from google stating to leave message.
