My apple desktop was running slow, so I called mytechhelp.com, thinking they were a subset of Apple. I spent 5 hours on the phone with a Walter L. who managed to only sell me an antivirus package called Virus Barrier [shame on me, but I thought they were affiliated with Apple]. My computer ran no better, if not worse, at the end of the session, which WalterL. abruptly terminated at 5:00 pm....quitting time, I imagine. By contrast, the Apple guy I got the next day hit the nail on the head in about 15 minutes or less. Beware of MyTechhelp.com....scammers of the first magnitude.
