My Wife checked our account and found that we were charged $34.99 for an online loan we never applied for, and a company we never heard of. This irritates the hell out of me! I called the number to speak with someone to resolve this issue and got an automated recording notifying me of my place on hold. I went from #3 to #1, then back to #3 then #1 again. This isn't a legit number. I will be talking to my bank tomorrow and filing a police report for theft first thing in the morning!
