Via internet - so called free trial,but although the advert was in large print,there was important details in fine print.My credit card was debited 14 days after order with £75 & then £37.50 for the bodycleanse.Then within a month of ordering a further £75 & £37.50 was debited.After several e mails and putting a stop on my account I manage to get a refund for the second payments after returning the goods.I could not obtain a full refund because of the fine print wording in the "contract".I requested that a refund for the unopened bodycleanse product could be made but this was refused.
I had started the slimtone pills and obviously was not in a position to return these for a refund.
I feel the way these products were advertised was very misleading and unfair on their customers.
