During Original "sample" order via phone, was NOT INFORMED of a 14 day return policy and they were not able to produce the recorded conversation. Company run by Indians who cant speak english. John Joseph, Alexandar Gerard, and Larry Robert. Never trust anyone with 2 first names. They insisted a 79 year old, computer ILL-literate woman placed her order via internet though initially placed via recorded phone call. $99! NINETY-NINE DOLLARS for aggrevation and ZERO RESULTS. They will not refund your money badger and berate you and talk over you. Best bet is DONT ORDER FROM THEM PERIOD!
