I cancelled my membership to the Equinox serum in December. When it was shipped to me, I called to let them know I cancelled this. I was told that I had to provide proof of my phone call and that if I "truly" cancelled this, I would have received an e mail confirmation. This is bull. I called from work during my lunch and have no way to prove this. I shipped the serum back. They will probably tell me they did not receive it. This company is a rip off.
