I know this is an old complaint but I've been trying to get my money back from these people since 2010.

In April 2010 I went to one of their "Free" Seminars after they send me some free tickets. I did not opt into their "scam" program because I felt very uncomfortable while they painted such a "rosy" picture of their money making entrepreneur program.

For attending, I received a coupon to send away for my MP3 player and my guest (my brother) sent away for the MP3 Video player which cost and additional $14.95.

When I received my MP3 player it looked like a piece of plastic and did not hold but 7 songs. They did say it held approximately 25 songs. Well, I bought an SD card which did not work properly in this player so here began my odyssey of trying to get a replacement MP3 player, which they said they would send.

Next, my brother had already sent in a money order for $14.95 to purchase the MP3 Video player. It never arrived. Even after numerous phone calls and faxes, and them telling me that it had been mailed on at least 3 times, to this day we do not have our products. I wrote a letter and faxed it to an "operations manager" but never got a response. I even emailed them in which they responded "it will be shipped" but I never received the refund or the products. I even spoke to a lady on the phone who told me "the item has been shipped and you should receive it in 3 weeks." Again, no products and no refund. I emailed these people an email message letting them know how upset I was over the run around I was getting. I requested they refund my brother's money which never happened.

I've been waiting to see when they will have another "entrepreneurs" show in my area, so that I could go and talk to someone, but they must have already scammed and taken the people in this area for their money, so they will not be in this area again!
