I made an order to focalprice.com last December. Actually it was a mobile phone. All this period in my order tracking was said "paid and unpacked". I tried to communicate with the company to see what was wrong but in vane! Noone ever answered me neither by mail nor in telephone.Today, one month later,I saw on their site, on my order status, that my order is invalid but they have taken the money from my card. What can I do? Is there any way to get my money back? Please help me.
