Received a mailing offering subscriptions to magazines. Sent $78 in Feb '12 to renew Discover magazine and add two others. Called 1800 number in May, July, and November, and was told each time that mags would start when Discover expired in Dec. I only have a phone number (888-679-2205) and now only get a voice mail message when I call. JERKS.
