I apologize if this is a second notice but I lost the first one I was working on.
I gave my son a gift card for Christmas and when he tried to use it, he was told that it wasnt working.
I went to Kmart w/my receipt and they said that the card was still active and that they didn't replace those kind of cards and she suggested that I try and reach the company.
I'm upset because I have had to do a lot of running around to try and fix this situation and have gotten no where. I'd like to get my money back if possible or a card that will work. I'm not sure who's at fault here, computers or people, Kmart or Little Ceasar's but I'd like it rectified as soon as possible.
Please look into this matter. My son was told that they (little ceasar's) were having a lot of problems w/this issue and other people. If you can't market the gift cards correctly so that they work when used, then take them off the market. Fifteen dollars may seem likt nothing to you but my son doesn't make enough to feed and house himself w/o the support of gift cards to help make meals.
