We have been customer at this location for about 2.5-3 year with no issues. My wife purchased a fairly expensive black dress, which she took to them to have dry cleaned along with all the other clothes. I picked them up for my wife took them home. She put them away, as per normal. We get ready for Church, and head out, but when we get to church my wife notices that the dress has white/faded marks in the dress. So we take it back to them and show the girl at the counter. We explain that we have never seen this or have any clue as to what is going on. We also explained that we did not notice it until we were standing out in the sun. She then explained that they don't typically do anything once it has been worn. But, she would show the owner and let us know. They decided that they would send it back through and have it dry cleaned again as it could be chemical left over on the dress. Comes back, but not any better. We are told that it must be a defect in the material. We felt this to be incorrect, so we asked if the owner could please call us. 1 week nothing! 2 weeks we call again, talk to the manager who says he is not in town very often, and spend most of his time overseas. He is the only one that can make these kind of determination or decisions. Week 3 should have received a call but nothing, called left yet another message on week 4! Guess what? NOTHING! So my wife has a bunch of dry cleaning that has been piling up, and we have gone there for some time now, and without issue so she decided to take all of her stuff into the location hoping to talk to the owner. He was not there, but the manager was so she reminded her of the situation, and left the stuff to be cleaned along with the damaged dress with a note to please call us so that we can resolve this. So we get a call from the manager, not the owner! We need you to come pick up the clothes that you dropped off, until we get the dressed resolved. So we asked when will the owner give us a call or meet us? She states when they have an answer from another dry cleaner as to what may have happen. So we go and pick up the clothes, but the dress is not there. So I ask where is the comforter that we dropped off? Oh they went ahead and sent that off for us, but the dress with the issue he is holding onto, and the other items are being refused until there is a resolution. Now it has been 3.5 weeks, and nothing. They will not return our calls, we can't talk to the owner, and they now have the dress and a custom comforter for our travel trailer.
