I purchase a flat screen form emerson and a 2 year warranty.The t.v. broke and the will not honor the warranty.I feel like i have treat unfairly. That the reason i purchase a extended warranty if any thing would happen i could get it repair or a new flat screen.Please help me to resolve this matter.Thank u advance.
