I gave the firm my Visa Debit Card No.to pay £1.99 shipping charge for a ''FREE Trial'' of their skin cream. This was debited to my account on 8/12/2012. Order No.177758. On 22/12.2012 my account was further debited with £89.91 without reason. I have received NOTHING AT ALL from the firm.

Maurice, you might like to read the message I posted in response to another UK poster's complaint about Derma Juvenate. The number of her complaint was 189462, her name was Janet and her complaint was dated 12/11/2012.
When you accepted the free trial, you agreed to their Terms and Conditions and thus agreed to receive further shipments of the product at full cost. In theory, you can return the products within a certain very short time frame, but in my opinion, these people are scoundrels and I don't know whether any refund would actually arrive. (Unfortunately, my mother, who also fell for their devious sales practices, left it too late even to apply.) But if you wish, you can cancel your "subscription"/ "membership" or whatever immediately, so that your credit card is not charged again. (My mother's card was charged twice within a matter of days. It is my belief that the second charge was actually fraudulent.) You can cancel by going to their web site, where there's a link for doing so. (Needless to say, it's not at all obvious, but it is there.) -
