They charged my credit card but I have never
received the merchandise.I have an Order confirmation number and copies of E-mails.I also received an E-mail from Light Impressions on November 27, 2012 for an additional amount of $4.45, it did not state what it was for.I have tried to call them at several phone numbers, but can not get through to them.I would like the merchandise or a refund to my credit card.
