I had seen an Advertisement for a free trial of Veloura cream which only stated that we pay shipping charges of 4.99 US$.Since I was paying only the shipping charges, I ordered for the free trial on 21/12/2012. The minute I ordered I got a message saying that the order has been shipped. The Shipment reaches me on 9th January 2013 19 days after the order was placed and to my surprise I read on the paper enclosed with the order, that the trial period of the cream starts from the day the order was placed. This is rather ridiculous as the shipment itself took the complete trial period or more reaching me after 19 days, The leaflet enclosed also stated that after 14 days trial my credit card would be charged $99.95 for the free trial . The very next day they have charged my credit card for $99.95 without my permission and before I even used their product, they also state that after every 30 days they will ship a jar of Veloura at $89.95.

I sincerely think this company is boosting their sales and forcing their product on to people and they have no right to charge anyone's credit card. They should be more trasparent in the dealings with people and tell them the facts while ordering the trial pack. I would like to have arefund of the amount. I have sent them a mail to their customer services at [email protected] but they have no decency to reply. I have been trying them on their US No.1-888-4780416 but have been kept on hold with no response and paid heavy phone bills.

Kindly see what best you can do to teach this company some ethics and refund my amount.
