Sewer backed up in my basement.I have had two plumbers it was at the main. Called city hall. They took my number.One crew arrived they looked at the big part but not at connection to my line.He told me some one would be back next day with a camera and took my number.It did not happen. I had a man come out with a camera.He marked my line and where the problem was at.I call city hall again. They told me there camera was broke. I let them know I had it done and was marked. THEY TOOK MY NUMBER AGAIN.I still have not got even one call. I have gone over a week now with sewer backing up in my house. My family build this house 40 years ago. And this is the way they treat A long time customer. Please help! Bob
