I also was placing an order on there website , "wwwmxa30x.com" and I was following the prints and making sure I pressed "NO" on all of the additional offers when it just went straight to order # and confirmation of some sort and another free shipping offer and a list of fees. It had charged me for to Sep bogo deals and the Sep s&h fees and express shipping all totalling $ 105.99 aprox! I was so pissed, I got the order # and looked for a way to review myorder which of there are none and no way to heck your order and a bunch of very vague customerservice things and not a single word under the "returns" tab! I ordered this because I am a single dad of 2 and can't pay for the real ones! Help (Personal Information Removed) please

- I would like to be billed only for what I asked for which is 1 msa30x hearing device @ $29.95 and then get one free for the additional s&h as described of $7.99 or whatever it was (7.change) and pay the 6.99 for express shipping for 7-10 biz days. Then please if you really have a great product, set up your online order process as to help your potential customers get what they want and pay you for it then be happy and tell there family and friends how satisfied they were. Not scam them with online site loopholes and then hide behind the ability to not face there customers they scam. Just be honest and up front and sell your product.
