took money from my account but no goods.I tried to cancel but could not get ion touch with anyone.Finally got through to young lady called Bethan, she apologized and promised me a full no quibble refund in 8/10 days,this did not happen. I have continued ringing them but keep getting cut off after the electronic message. It is now January 14 2013 still no refund and still no contact I think they have now block my number as I cant even get to the message.
