I received the trial offer & received another shipment about 2 weeks later. I called & explained that I did not order additional product, but the cust. service rep. said it is on auto ship. I proceeded to tell them frimly several times I wanted to return the product & finally I was told that I could return it less $8.95 restock fee. I agreed to that. I returned the product several weeks ago & I have not received a refund nor does the company have any record of my return of the product. I have hit a brick wall. I think that the co. was deceptive regarding the auto ship.
