On December 21, 2012 I was on-line responding to a so called claim that I won a ipad, and to claim it I had to fill out some information. The trouble started here. I would not let me out of the process unless I purchased one of their items. I found a free trial for a YouthEFX product for a 1 week supply of a cream for 1.03. It didn't alarm me really. I provided my bank information not knowing that they were setting me up to rob me.

On December 23, 2012 YouthEFX sent me and email stating that the shipped the product, and mentioned that I should save the email because it had important information which I thought they were referring to the charge of $1.03. If I scrolled down further, I would have seen their crazy suggestion that if I didn't call them back about this 1 week free trial that we would continuously charge 78.41 for a months supply.

Shortly after. I received the product, with just the amount charged me, $1.03 and shipping, nothing else was on the invoice so I threw it away.

I feel so humiliated and stupid, and honest trust that it was a good opportunity. It turned into a "switch and bait" purchase.

I called the company to inquire, and explain that I saw nothing that asked me to call, but they knew they had set me up. They stop future shipments, but would not refund my money. YouthEFX did not send me an order worth $33.28 minus shipping of $3.87 ($29.41 cost of product).

I never received the ipad or any communication regarding one. (surprise, lol.)

I honestly do not have money to just give away to scam artist like these. Please do what ever you can to stop this kind of trickery.
