I order this product on 17 Nov 2012 with my American Express Card. On 18 Nov, AE called and said the company have some strange and ask if let them to pay for the trade. I told them to paid. After that, Raspberry Ultra Drops sent me an e-mail that they had send out my product. But after one month, no respond. I wrote them to ask, they just said I would receive by next week. The answer was again and again.. I wrote them everyday with angry. They promised to send again. However, they send me some cheap product. I wrote again and told them no more business if they didn't refund to me. I wrote everyday to them. Finally, on 7 Jan, 2013, they made the fully refund to me. I just want to let everyone know, if they didn't send you product write to them everyday and push them to fully refund.
