Signed up for a trial of e-cigs for £4.99. Upon making my payment I was informed that I had been enrolled into a membership program where I would be sent refills regularly at an extortionate price. This I did't want. I phoned this phoney thieving company and informed them that I didn't require membership and to cancel any further shipments. I also sent them 6 emails without getting any replies.
I phoned my bank where upon an agreement with them, they will reject any requests for payment by e-cigsbrand.
I've just received an email today 4 weeks after receiving my trial pack that I was told another shipment of refills is on it's way to me. I don't want them, nor did I order them. If they want them back after non payment they can send me a prepaid post box and my expenses for posting them.
This is definitely a scam. This Company doesn't listen to cancellation requests. I think to get a job with this company, employees must be good liars as they seem to be brainwashed into believing this is a great product and that scamming people in the manner that they do, is perfectly ok.
Please be very aware of this Company, if you don't act fast informing your bank like I did, it could cost you hundreds if not thousands of Dollars, Euros or GB Pounds. They are professional crooks.
