Like the complaintant before me, I saw this product on Dr. Oz. I used the product for 2 weeks during which time my husband was let go from his job. I hadn't seen any changes physically, and I knew we counldn't afford the product with no income, so I called to cancel. I was denied a full refund, but was promised half refund on each product. I have been fighting with this company for 4 months trying to get this refund to No avail.
