On 01/06/2013 i bought a Faux Fur Women's Winter Coat for $18.00 (+tax $21.00) They took days to deliver my item, so i decided to cancel it(my coat was never delivered before my cancellation). Now not only i waited many days for them to deliver my item, now they are taking forever for my refund. I lost count how many emails i have sent to customer services and what i only received is kind words but no help at all. Today is 1/15/2013 and my bargainroom account still says "Requested Return".. This is my story short...Bought my item on Jan 06, 2013, next day:

Thank you for placing an order with us! Each product ships differently. Under the product page, you will see an estimated shipping time for the product in which you are interested. You will also see an estimated shipping date on the checkout page and in your order confirmation email.

If your account order history shows an order as processing, that means it has been confirmed. Shortly after your order ships, we will provide you with a tracking number to allow you to track your package all the way to your front door. These confirmation emails will come to your inbox, or perhaps your bulkmail box, from [email protected], so please be on the lookout for them.

We apologize for any delays from the vendor up to this point and assure you they are working to ship their products out as quickly as they can.
