I just called AT&T to find out what this additional $9.99 a month was for? They told me for a subscription from Bullroarer who I've never heard of until today. Come to find out they have been charging me $9.99 a month since March 2011. Needless to say I am furious! How in the world can AT&T allow anyone to charge to my account unauthorized? After a lot of back and forth with 3 different people they finally agreed to credit $20.89. Don't even ask me where that figure came from. She said it's not a charge to me from them so it's a courtesy that they refunded me anything! REALLY?
