Winchester Systems Inc was a company that had prices about 25% less than most other sellers, in this case it was the Acer Iconia A500 for $300.00. Winchester Systems Inc. charges your credit card and continues to email you promise of delivery but in the end they find reasons why the shipping is delayed.
As best as I could tell this scam was run out of a house in California and I'm not sure if they ever delivered anything to anybody.
