On 11-1-2012, I noticed a check charge of $29.95 plus a $30.00 overdraft fee. I called my bank to see who the check was to and I was told it was Alliance. They gave me a phone number of 1-877-886-0144. I called this number and was told it was for a check I authorized on 9-24-12 for an on-line subscription. I told them I did not authorize any subscription, that I was out of town during this time and did not have my check information with me. I requested a refund and was told that I should receive a refund in 30 days. I have called numerous times and have been told: I would receive on 12-13-12. It is in process and has been in process since 11-2-12. They want my mailing address and they will mail me a check. I have informed my bank and submitted a police report. I just tried to call the 1-877-886-0144 number and was told the number is no longer in service.
