These people propose to rent an apartment at (Personal Information Removed), they want you to send half the rental plus a security deposit by moneygram.
I went by the building to make sure it was not a scam before I made any financial arrangements, and of course it IS a scam and according to the REAL doorman, has left many travelers stranded with no place to stay in NYC. The apartment to be rented by these people does not exist.
AVOID AVOID AVOID! THIS IS DEFINITELY A SCAM!
